Because our jewelry pieces are uniquely handcrafted, each item is as individual as the person who wears it.

  • Natural Materials: We use natural gemstones, silver, and copper. Due to the organic nature of these materials, slight variations in stone color, inclusions, matrix patterns, and metal finishes are to be expected and are celebrated as a mark of authentic artisan craftsmanship.
  • Product Imagery: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or mobile screen will display the colors perfectly accurately.
  1. Ordering & Payment
  • Acceptance: All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on available materials, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our payment processors.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major secure online payment methods. Payment must be cleared in full before any item is packaged and shipped.
  1. Made-to-Order & Processing Times
  • Production Timeline: While ready-to-ship pieces are processed within 1–3 business days, please note that custom orders or made-to-order items require a dedicated production window. Estimated creation times will be specified on the product page or communicated directly upon ordering.
  • Delays: We will notify you promptly via email if an unexpected delay arises during the creation or preparation of your piece.
  1. Shipping
  • Delivery: We ship only within the USA using secure carriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, transit times are out of our control. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece so we can assist you.

  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Repairs
  • Return Policy: We want you to love your one-of-a-kind piece. Standard, non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Exclusions: Custom designs, personalized engraved pieces, and intimate items (such as earrings, for hygiene reasons) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.
  • Repairs: We stand by the structural integrity of our work. If a piece requires repair due to a structural defect within 6 months of purchase, we will repair it free of charge. Repairs due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper storage may incur a bench fee.

All content on this website—including jewelry designs, product descriptions, brand names, copy, logos, images, and photographs—is the intellectual property of our studio and is protected by copyright laws.
